Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate / Client Advisor who is passionate about luxury fashion, client service, and building lasting relationships. At Hirshleifers, our Client Advisors are more than salespeople. They serve as trusted style resources for their clients, delivering highly personalized service while developing a strong understanding of each client's individual taste, lifestyle, and needs. The ideal candidate is motivated by sales, knowledgeable about fashion, and committed to creating an exceptional experience before, during, and after every client interaction. Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Provide warm, attentive, and highly personalized service that reflects the standards and reputation of Hirshleifers. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop a loyal client base through consistent outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and a strong understanding of individual client preferences. Drive Sales Performance: Consistently work toward and achieve individual and store sales goals through relationship-based selling, product knowledge, and exceptional service. Develop Strong Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our designer assortment across ready-to-wear, footwear, accessories, and other categories in order to make informed and relevant recommendations. Clienteling: Proactively communicate with clients regarding new arrivals, special pieces, upcoming collections, events, and other opportunities tailored to their interests. Maintain Store Standards: Help ensure the sales floor is organized, polished, and presented at the level expected within a luxury retail environment. Represent Hirshleifers: Maintain a professional, polished presence and contribute positively to our team-oriented culture. Qualifications & Requirements Previous luxury retail, designer boutique, or high-end sales experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of luxury fashion, designers, and current trends. Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and grow meaningful client relationships. Proven sales ability and a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor. Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Comfortable using POS systems, clienteling tools, email, and basic Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
