Field Sales Representative Full job description Field Sales Representative – Venue Partnerships (New York City) Join a small, fast-growing company and help lead our sales efforts across NYC's vibrant hospitality scene! We're looking for a smart, energetic, and hardworking self-starter with experience in consultative field sales (merchant services, payment processing, atm installation, or similar) who thrives on meeting new people, building relationships, and closing partnership deals with business owners. About the Role: We provide a guest photography service to restaurants, lounges, and other hospitality venues — offering their patrons souvenir photos as an added guest experience, while the venue earns a cut of the additional revenue we generate. As a Field Sales Representative, you'll be out in the field every day identifying and closing new venue partnerships. Your day-to-day will include: Walking into prospective venues (restaurants, lounges, and similar hospitality spots) to evaluate foot traffic and guest volume Qualifying venues based on fit — the right crowd size, atmosphere, and guest flow for our service to succeed Identifying and connecting with the decision-maker (owner, GM, or manager) on-site Pitching and closing partnership agreements — explaining how we'll implement guest photography, upsell souvenir photos to their customers, and share the additional revenue with the venue Managing your own pipeline of prospects and following up to close deals This is a relationship-driven, consultative sale — you're not just selling a product, you're pitching a partnership that adds value and new revenue to the venue's business. What We're Looking For: 1-2+ years of field sales experience selling partnership, placement, or revenue-share programs to hospitality or local businesses (e.g., merchant payment processing, ATM/vending/amusement placement, photo booth or event services, venue advertising, or similar) Comfortable cold-walking into venues and pitching decision-makers face-to-face Outgoing, confident, and persuasive — you can read a room and build rapport fast Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and hunger to grow Reliable access to a car for work use Availability to work full-time as a W2 employee, Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Compensation: $75,000 base salary Plus commissions and performance bonuses On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$105,000/year Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Do you have a car you can use for work?
