Private group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their outpatient clinic in Seaford, Delaware (50 minutes from Dover and 1.5 hours from Washington, DC). This group is a local Delaware based primary care provider serving the greater Sussex County area. Physician Owned and Physician Led - Partnership Opportunities. 4 total locations, 23 total employees. The group has been in business for over 25 years.

Provider’s Role with the Company

Internal Medicine Physician. Location: Seaford, DE (50 mins from Dover). Outpatient primary care in the clinic setting Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. 100% outpatient. Call: 1 in 6 weekend call. Video or Phone call only. Estimated patient volume: 20 per day. Patient age: 18+. EMR: Cerner. PA and NP support staff. Assess, maintain, and improve the health status of individuals in the communities served through timely access to evidence-based acute, preventive, and chronic disease care. Serve as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team. Provide high value care; demonstrate good stewardship of resources and consider risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions. Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail.

Qualifications

• Internal Medicine Physician Board Certified or Board Eligible Family / Internal Medicine
• Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Delaware MD or DO licensure
• J1 or H1B sponsorship if necessary

• Base Salary: $230,000
• Bonuses available – 30% of production profits annually
