Direct Support Professional We are hiring for a Direct Support Professional in Springfield, TN. This role offers a regular full‑time position that provides personalized support to individuals with intellectual, developmental disabilities or mental health and substance use challenges. Responsibilities Assist individuals in identifying and expressing their needs. Implement services aligned with person‑centered plans. Foster independence and self‑advocacy. Engage meaningfully in community activities. Support individuals in achieving personal goals. Qualifications Positive, personable, and compassionate. Completed pre‑employment screening including criminal background check (OIG, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities) and drug testing. Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements. Proof of employment history or references (if required).
