Miami — Labor & Employment Associate (0–5 Years)

A premier Labor & Employment practice is seeking an entry-level, junior, or midlevel associate (0–5 years) to join its team in Miami, FL .

This role is open to:

✨ Recent law school graduates

✨ Junior associates

✨ General litigators who want to transition into L&E

Ideal candidates will have exposure to:

⚖️ Single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment litigation

???? Wage & hour , discrimination , and other class-action matters

???? Drafting and briefing motions

???? Managing ESI discovery

???? Litigation in federal and state courts , and arbitrations

Strong writing ability, litigation skills, and interest in employer-side L&E work are important.
