About the Position

Job Title: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Profession: Surgical Services Specialty: Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:30 Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent OR experience required License: Must have a valid Ohio license or compact license in hand Certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS required, NBSTSA required (NCCT not accepted) Must-Have: One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for Description: This position involves working on the day shift. It includes floating to other facilities as needed. Occasional weeknight call shifts will be required. Weekend call shifts may also be required. A minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in the specialty is required. Candidates must have required certifications, which must be in hand at the time of submission. References must be from assignments in the past 12 months and should not be co-worker references. Additional assessments will need to be completed during orientation with acceptable scores required to pass. Candidates with any background hits or unresolved cases will not be considered. All job-related modules must be completed as directed. Candidates must comply with all licensure and certification requirements before submission.
