Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Technical Support position located in Bonney Lake, WA. The responsibilities include assisting customers with technical inquiries, providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction, and managing customer interactions over the phone and in person. The role involves resolving customer concerns, maintaining a positive customer experience, and addressing technical issues promptly.
