Weekend Receptionist – Part-Time
Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center | Warrenton, VA

Pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour based on experience

Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls

• Assist visitors and provide information as needed

• Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area

• Monitor and manage visitor sign-in and sign-out procedures

• Assist with general clerical and administrative tasks

• Receive and distribute mail and other deliveries

• Communicate messages to appropriate staff members

• Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility information

• Follow facility policies and safety procedures

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and visitors

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, customer service, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and welcoming attitude

• Reliable and dependable

• Ability to answer phones and assist multiple people in a professional manner

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be available to work weekends
