Gold-Eagle Cooperative, nestled in the vibrant community of Forest City, IA is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Grain Handler - Processing Operator.

With a competitive pay range of $19.00 - $23.50 per hour based on experience, plus an enticing $1,500 sign-on bonus, this isn't just a job; it's a golden opportunity to grow with us. Our benefits package includes (after a 30-day probation period):

Your workweek at Gold-Eagle Cooperative will unfold Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, offering you a stable routine with the occasional embrace of extended hours, including weekends during peak seasons.

THE IDEAL GRAIN HANDLER - PROCESSING OPERATOR

• Physical ability for prolonged periods of standing as well as working in confined spaces, elevated heights, and varied weather conditions
• Strength to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS GRAIN HANDLER - PROCESSING OPERATOR

Your day begins with the operational ballet of grain receiving, storage, handling, and loading. With hands-on expertise, you also maintain and clean our top-notch facilities and equipment, ensuring the seamless flow of grain through our cooperative's veins. As the day unfolds, you become a vital part of our agronomy team during the busy season, seamlessly blending independence with teamwork, all while radiating a professional and positive image.
