Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their businesses needs and ensure an excellent experience. Responsibilities may include working the client portal, account setup, processing inventory, and maintaining client relationship . The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and professional client relationship skill .
Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while complete application
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Collect payments by client portal and credit card
- Take added responsibility for office image, client acquisition, and market management.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work professionally
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
