We are locally owned, which allows us to make decisions in the best interest of our patients and our community.With our 50+ experienced healthcare professionals, innovative technology, and wide range of services and treatment options, we help each patient live his or her best life.ResponsibilitiesGreet, register, and check patients in and outVerify and update patient information in medical recordsVerify insurance, collect copays, and process paymentsAnswer phone calls, direct calls to appropriate departments, and schedule patient appointmentsMaintain patient confidentiality within HIPAA guidelinesComplete special projects and assist staff in completing assignments as neededRequirements & SkillsHigh school diploma/GED requiredMedical office experience preferredComputer knowledge requiredMust have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to prioritize and multitaskPrevious patient scheduling experience preferredMust be able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentMust display honesty, integrity, and be a team playerMust display motivation and have a strong work ethicEmployment DetailsPRN - 10-hour shiftsMust be flexible with hours/daysAvailability to work occasional Saturdays is requiredOffice hours: 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – SaturdayPractice website: Healthcare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer
