Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support the daily operations and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a process-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and systems. The Marketing Administrator will play a key role in maintaining marketing budgets, managing online inventory and listings, organizing digital assets, and coordinating marketing calendars and campaigns. Salary $55,000 - $65,000 annually Location Fully onsite in Buford, GA Job Responsibilities Track, reconcile, and maintain all marketing expenses, invoices, payments, and vendor costs Prepare monthly marketing budget reports and identify any variances Manage and update online inventory across the company website and third-party marketplaces Upload, edit, and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and images Oversee listings on third‑party platforms such as AutoTrader, Cars.com, and other relevant marketplaces Monitor listing performance and ensure all information remains current and consistent Organize, maintain, and update the company's digital media library, including photos, videos, and creative assets Ensure proper file naming, version control, and accessibility across all marketing materials Manage the marketing and content calendar, tracking campaigns, launches, promotions, and events Coordinate schedules and communication between internal teams, vendors, and external partners Support ongoing marketing initiatives by ensuring operational efficiency and process consistency Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, administrative support, operations, or a related field Strong organizational and project management skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with CMS platforms and digital tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience managing online listings, digital assets, or marketing operations is highly preferred About The Company Our client is a well-established and growing organization known for delivering exceptional products and customer experiences.
