Job Overview Position Title: Finance Business Solutions Senior Manager Location: US-GA-WARNER ROBINS-512 ~ 1230 Carl Vinson Pkwy ~ ROBINS ENGINEERING CTR Role Type: Unspecified Citizenship / Clearance Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Security clearance is not required. Key Responsibilities Assist the USAF Sustainment Manager with financial management activities for USAF Sustainment Programs with estimated annual sales of $100M. Perform financial analysis and project‑related activities in a dynamic environment. Support improvement initiatives through the use of Raytheon systems and accounting processes. Gather data from various systems, perform analysis, and report results to management on a monthly basis. Prepare program and functional financial forecasts using budget and cost data, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts. Manage cash receipts by tracking and maintaining metrics to identify cash receipt issues and support cash conversion requirements. Consolidate and analyze weekly financial data, including sales, profit, cash, and risks and opportunities. Manage CIP (Receivables) and Unbilled Accounts by coordinating with the Accounts Receivable team, Contracts, and Program Managers to support invoicing activities in accordance with contractual terms. Assist the Program Office with resolving issues related to period of performance, cost in excess, billing code discrepancies, and related items. Assist with contract setup activities and coordinate with Contracts to resolve funding issues. Resolve overpayments, underpayments, and liquidation variances with Accounts Receivable. Work with management to address operational and financial issues in accordance with established processes, procedures, and policies. Manage data and prepare reports for management, including support for monitoring and control activities where applicable. Required Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an Accredited University with a minimum of 2+ years related work experience. OR a Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field from an Accredited University with a minimum of 0+ years related work experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Experience analyzing data and collaborating in a team environment. Experience communicating information in written and verbal formats. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. Preferred Qualifications Experience with FAR/DFARS and Government web‑based tools, including EDA and iRAPT. Experience using Microsoft Access and information systems. Coordination with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders, including written and verbal communication of project status and deliverables. Experience using enterprise tools and systems, including SAP (APEX/PRISM), BW reporting, and Microsoft Project.
