Remote Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

ezCater is seeking a Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Manager to drive growth and retention across its marketplace. This remote role can be based in Boston or work from home, with occasional travel for Together Weeks.
You will design multi0channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push, on-site messaging), optimize onboarding, and build activation milestones. Youll translate data into actionable strategies to increase bookings and reduce churn.
