Responsibilities Daycare Teachers, Leads, and Teacher Assistants, Great Pay, Full Benefit Package, Career Development

Provide exceptional care and security in a Christ-centered atmosphere

Employ a variety of educational techniques to teach children and facilitate curriculum daily

Organize nap and feeding times and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times

Communicate with parents regularly

Collaborate with other educators

Continuing education and training, as well as networking and development

Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards

Skills

Proven experience in childcare and an expressed interest in childcare work

Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms

Cool-tempered, friendly, and able to communicate effectively with parents and co-workers

Extremely reliable

Certification in child CPR and First Aid preferred, but we will provide training

Associates or Bachelors in Early Childhood Development or a CDA preferred, but we will provide CDA training

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Ability to stand for prolonged period of time

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour plus paid time off, health insurance, dental, and 401k retirement match.
