If you want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.Job SummaryThe HVAC Technician performs maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment and systems. The technician is expected to work independently while carrying out the duties of the role and the completion of assigned work orders. The HVAC Technician will have the communication skills to convey advanced level status reports and identification of barriers to work completion to other technicians and leadership.High School diploma or equivalent is required3 years of relevant HVAC experience in commercial industry is required.Healthcare experience is preferredValid Georgia Driver's License requiredCore CompetenciesThese competencies reflect the values and behaviors expected of all Grady team members, regardless of role.
