This is a highly analytical position focused on maintaining competitive compensation practices.Responsibilities include:Pull and analyze compensation market dataComplete and submit salary surveysPrice new and existing positionsConduct market comparisons and compensation analysesUtilize compensation software platforms to support Total Rewards initiativesAnalyze survey data and market trends to support salary planningReview pay changes for compliance with compensation policiesEvaluate jobs using established job evaluation methodologiesAudit job classifications and compensation recommendationsResearch compensation issues and provide data-driven solutionsPartner with HR and leadership to support compensation-related initiativesAssist with performance and merit increase programsMaintain accurate compensation records and documentationQualificationsMinimum 5 years of recent professional Compensation experienceStrong compensation analytics and market pricing experienceExperience working with large datasets and salary survey dataHands-on experience with compensation platforms such as PayFactors, Payscale, or similar enterprise systemsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsHealthcare compensation experienceExperience supporting large organizations or health systemsWhy Work with Protouch Staffing?At Protouch Staffing, we're committed to connecting talented professionals with outstanding career opportunities.
