Pay Range: $50 - $53/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive) Job Description:
Lead end-to-end design| development| deployment| and maintenance of enterprise-scale Appian BPM applications and workflow automation solutions.
Define application architecture| technical standards| governance frameworks| and best practices for Appian development teams.
Design and develop Appian components including SAIL Interfaces| Process Models| Records| Sites| Expression Rules| Decision Rules| Integrations| Reports| and Dashboards.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring| code reviews| architecture assessments| and performance optimization initiatives.
Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs| SOAP Web Services| JDBC| Kafka| and platforms such as SAP| Salesforce| ServiceNow| and Oracle.
Analyze business processes| translate business requirements into BPM workflows| and drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Product Owners| Business Analysts| Architects| QA teams| and stakeholders in Agile environments to ensure successful project delivery.
Support production environments by troubleshooting complex issues| performing root cause analysis| optimizing application performance| and ensuring system scalability| security| and reliability. Education Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science| Information Technology| Engineering| or a related field. Company Benefits & Culture
