The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare investment banking experience, deep M&A execution expertise, advanced financial analysis capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment. This role supports healthcare provider, payer, healthcare IT, life sciences, medtech, and services sectors across a national investment banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of: Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Raising, Strategic Advisory engagements
• Assist in managing active middle-market healthcare transactions.
• Develop and analyze: Financial models, Valuation analyses, Pitch books, CIMs, Management presentations
• Conduct industry, market, and company-specific research.

Healthcare Investment Banking Coverage

• Support healthcare industry verticals including: Healthcare Providers, Payers, Healthcare IT / HealthTech, Life Sciences, MedTech, Healthcare Services
• Assist senior bankers with sector coverage and client relationship management.
• Participate in strategic business development initiatives.

Transaction Management & Client Support

• Coordinate due diligence processes and transaction workflows.
• Interface with clients, attorneys, accountants, investors, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with transaction execution timelines and deliverables.
• Support preparation of board materials and transaction documentation.

Team Collaboration & Leadership

• Mentor and support analysts and junior bankers.
• Collaborate closely with VP-level and senior leadership teams.
• Contribute to a highly collaborative national healthcare M&A platform.
• Maintain high standards of execution quality and professionalism.

• Experience within healthcare M&A environments strongly preferred.
