If you are in alignment with our values of integrity, transparency, professionalism and teamwork - now might be the time for you to accelerate your career as part of the best company in automotive retail! · Competitive hourly rate of $18-$21 per hour depending on experience!* · Team building activities · Flexible work schedule · Continual training & Advancement opportunities · Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision, Life, Disability insurance · 401(k) with company match · Health Savings Account Responsibilities: Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and or PO# expense to proper account reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 20th Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices to monthly statements Process check requests expense accordingly Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) make notes as needed Post advertising budgets process invoices verify to budget Perform monthly accruals as needed Assist in month-end closing duties Prepare and file 1099 forms annually Requirements: Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds helpful Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Team player with integrity and strong work ethics Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & V lookup helpful If you are in alignment with our values of integrity, transparency, professionalism and teamwork - now might be the time for you to accelerate your career as part of the best company in automotive retail.
