Requirements
- High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) or equivalent combination of licensure and experience: Preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQI BLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required
- Successful completion of audiometry and vision training or a certificate from approved training within six months of hire: Preferred
- Phlebotomy certificate: Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up exam rooms and check in patients.
- Maintain a patient recall system, including continuity of care log for lab tests, referrals, and transfers.
- Obtain vital signs and report significant findings and pertinent patient observations to licensed providers.
- Perform venipunctures as ordered and conduct audiometry and vision testing.
- Carry out other job-related duties as assigned.

Compliance / Notes
- All associates are required to receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable. Medical and religious exemptions may apply.
- Participation in E-Verify is mandatory.
