Job Description
Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient

We are seeking a skilled and certified Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to enhance their career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Position Details

Start Date: ASAP
Shifts: 4x10 or 5x8, hours starting no earlier than 7:00 AM and ending no later than 5:30 PM
On Call: No
Weekends: No

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs.
Provide lymphedema therapy in accordance with best practices.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist.
Lymphedema certification is required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minnesota licensure is required (pending licensure will be accepted).
