We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise platform initiatives in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This Long-term Contract position will focus on aligning business needs with technology delivery, improving visibility across work intake and roadmaps, and strengthening decision-making through clear requirements and reporting. The role calls for someone who is detail oriented and can work across business, data, and technical teams to guide priorities, clarify expectations, and help deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Guide portfolio intake activities by evaluating incoming work, organizing priorities, tracking dependencies, and maintaining visibility into timelines, risks, and progress.
• Work closely with operational leaders, technical teams, and other partners to translate business objectives into practical solution approaches and delivery plans.
• Create and maintain clear analysis artifacts such as requirement documents, workflow diagrams, user stories, business rules, and acceptance standards.
• Contribute to enterprise data efforts by supporting initiatives tied to governance practices, integrations, API-enabled data exchange, reporting frameworks, and performance measures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on reporting and data capabilities related to carrier information, agent insights, and Book of Business analytics.
• Lead discussions that build agreement among stakeholders, coordinate readiness activities, support validation efforts, and prepare updates for senior leadership.
• Monitor portfolio and delivery health through structured reporting, helping teams address obstacles and respond to shifting business demands.
• Support work that connects business analysis with digital platforms, analytics functions, and broader technology execution efforts.
• Help ensure solutions are aligned with business goals, documented thoroughly, and positioned for effective implementation across multiple teams.• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in business analysis, program coordination, portfolio oversight, product delivery, or technology execution roles.
• Proven success managing complex initiatives that involve multiple teams, overlapping priorities, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with intake management, roadmap planning, prioritization processes, and delivery status reporting.
• Strong capability in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, process flows, business rules, and user-centered functional details.
• Effective communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present clearly to executive audiences.
• Working knowledge of enterprise data and reporting environments, including data governance principles such as ownership, stewardship, definitions, and metrics.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Microsoft 365, including experience supporting portfolio or demand management activities within ServiceNow.
