Annual Salary Range

$275,000 - $345,000

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
• Perform routine wellness examinations, manage chronic illnesses, and address acute care needs.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of medical records.
• Engage in quality improvement projects and attend clinical meetings.
• Encourage preventive care and educate patients on health management.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Possess or be eligible for a medical license in New York State.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive compensation package that includes:

• Annual salary ranging from $275,000 to $345,000.
