We need a VP of Social Commerce Management to lead brand management, direct category leaders, drive 3P marketplace growth, and establish scalable operating standards across a fast-moving marketplace ecosystem. This is a full-time role and will work an onsite schedule based in Lehi, Utah.

What is a day in the life of a VP - Social Commerce Management?

• Book of Business Ownership: Maintain end-to-end ownership of the full book of business, continuously assessing which brands and accounts require support or intervention in order to identify risk early and act ahead of performance impact.

• Escalation Resolution: Serve as the primary escalation point for the portfolio, applying a solution-oriented approach to diagnose root causes efficiently and drive issues to resolution.

• Cross-Department Leadership: Lead cross-functional initiatives in partnership with inventory management, ecommerce operations, and broader operations teams to ensure execution alignment, identify organizational gaps, and remove barriers to performance.

• Coaching & Team Development: Coach and develop Social Commerce Directors on playbooks, automation adoption, and client management standards, building organizational capability that supports increased autonomy as the business scales.

• Forecasting & P&L Management: Own forecasting and P&L management at both the brand and organizational level, driving profitability, informing promotional strategy, and ensuring financial performance remains closely aligned with strategic priorities.

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• 8–10+ years of senior leadership experience in retail, brand management, 3P marketplace operations, and P&L ownership (experience in high-velocity channels like TikTok Shop highly preferred).

• Deep functional expertise in retail strategy, promotional execution, 3P marketplace operations, and supply chain/inventory dynamics.

• High level of "merchandising agility"—clear judgment under volatility, sharp strategic decision-making, and strong data-driven problem solving.

• Proven capability to build, lead, and hold accountable cross-functional teams and direct reports.

• Work on-site at the Lehi, Utah headquarters to facilitate seamless cross-functional alignment with finance and operations teams.

What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?

• 30 Days: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the team, including any capability or coverage gaps, while assessing current brand portfolio performance. Build strong working relationships and alignment with Social Commerce Directors, and map key operational dependencies across customer service, inventory, and finance.

• 60 Days: Implement standard operating guidelines across brand teams, establish department reporting/measurement structures, and streamline cross-functional escalation workflows.

• 90 Days: Fully own brand strategy, category leadership, and P&L performance, operating with high autonomy to drive growth and operational efficiency.

What is the team like?

You will report directly to executive leadership, VP of Social Commerce, Grace Yang and directly manage Social Commerce Directors along with operational enablement roles. You will collaborate closely with leaders in operations, inventory, customer service, and finance. This team is data-driven, fast-moving, and focused on building scalable systems to win in global marketplace channels.
