Counter Service - Full Time
Imo's Pizza | 601 Business Loop 70 W

As a Counter Service team member, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities

Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
Order Management: Accurately input orders into the system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.
Food Preparation: Assist with food prep and maintain a clean and organized counter area.
Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and handle cash with accuracy.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside kitchen staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Schedule

Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
