Quick Facts Location: Childrens Plaza, Dayton, OH 45404 Start Date: 11/01/2026 End Date: 02/28/2027 & 04/30/2027 (multiple covering periods) Shift: 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday through Friday Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Locum License/Certs: Ohio Medical License, DEA, State Certifications Experience: 2+ years in pediatric anesthesiology preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $390.00/hour Benefits Include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success What You’ll Do Provide anesthesia care for neonatal to adult patients in hospital operating rooms Supervise CRNAs within a care team model Collaborate with surgical teams in a busy, Level I Trauma Center Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Document and manage anesthesia records in a high-volume surgical environment Participate in multidisciplinary team activities to optimize patient outcomes Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards What You Need Required: Medical license for Ohio Certification in Anesthesiology Experience in pediatric anesthesia Ability to supervise CRNAs Strong clinical skills and patient-centered approach Preferred: Previous experience in a Level I Trauma Center Familiarity with hospital EMR systems BLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications About the Assignment Join a vibrant, hospital-based team serving a diverse pediatric and adult patient population.
