Data Engineer

Radian Group Inc. seeks a Data Engineer in Franklin, TN to test and understand the capabilities and trade-offs for tools such as scale, speed, local server vs. cloud computing options, etc., and identify which tools can be deployed within the company’s solution architecture for clients; create and manage database tables, relationships, and queries to provide foundational analytics structures; create rete and manage visualization tools on Tableau or other tools; create code-based process automation tools using Excel (VBA), Python, and T-SQL; develop and update analytics reporting for tracking initiatives for clients; create analytical models for routine and ad-hoc analysis; define data requirements and extract information from outside databases; and manage data integrity and respond to ad-hoc requests. Requirements bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Management, or closely related field. Proficiency in Tableau, Excel (VBA), Python, and T-SQL. #J-18808-Ljbffr
