Real Estate Associate

Cozen O’Connor is looking for a highly motivated associate with two to five years of commercial real estate transactional experience to join the growing Real Estate group in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate. Strong writing and analytical skills together with excellent academic credentials, along with ability to work in a collaborative environment, are required. A practical, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed are essential. Candidates should be admitted in good standing or eligible for waiver by admission to the Minnesota Bar. The salary range for this role is $200,000-$250,000 and represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location.
