Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care Maintain practice standards Supervise assigned staff in care activities Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license BCLS certification required Additional specialty certifications based on unit (e.g., ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy, NRP) Skills & Certifications Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Ability to obtain specialty certifications within specified timeframes Commitment to patient safety and quality care #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
