Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will oversee large-scale electrical construction projects from planning through execution, with a strong focus on schedule, budget, and operational performance. The Project Manager will partner closely with field leadership, engineering, and executive stakeholders to keep complex work aligned, profitable, and moving forward. Success in this position will require strong client management, financial discipline, and the ability to mentor project staff while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Location: Chesterfield, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $300,000+ annually Responsibilities Manage large-scale electrical construction projects Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution Drive project financial performance and cost control Coordinate closely with Superintendents, Engineering, and Executive Leadership Develop and mentor Assistant Project Managers and staff Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage contract review, risk analysis, change orders, and project documentation Utilize scheduling tools to maintain project schedules Qualifications 3-5+ years of project management experience in electrical construction Experience managing projects valued at $30M-$50M+ Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and OSHA regulations Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills Strong financial management and budgeting abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and advancement opportunities Leadership training and career growth programs Collaborative, team-oriented culture Opportunity to lead high-profile national construction projects Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
