Otolaryngology Physician – Waterloo/CF MercyOne offers an outstanding opportunity for an ENT physician in Waterloo. The position provides a competitive salary, substantial bonuses, and an extensive array of benefits. The role is full‑time and requires both medical and surgical care of a full spectrum of patients. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to a full spectrum of patients. Operate with state‑of‑the‑art equipment in a collegial environment with a professionally supportive team. Work in a clinic that includes an audiologist and has established referral patterns with a large primary‑care base. Maintain a clinic located on the hospital campus. Compensation & Benefits Salary Guarantee of $570,000 + production incentive. $75,000 commencement bonus. $37,500 longevity bonus after years 3 & 4. $15,000 relocation allowance. Employer‑paid malpractice and tail coverage. Health, dental, vision, and life insurance (shared premium). Retirement programs: 403(b) with employer match up to 6.5 % and 457(b) savings plan. Employer‑paid short‑term disability; option to purchase long‑term disability at minimal cost. Up to 31 days off per year while on guarantee. $6,000 annual CME allowance. Non‑profit organization – eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
