We are seeking passionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Neonatal ICU team in Nashville, TN! Position Details: - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM - Unit: Neonatal ICU - Number of Beds: 60 - Patient Ratios: 2-3:1 - Staffing: No techs in NICU - Equipment: Philips Monitors - Documentation: Meditech & Centricity Perinatal - Scheduling: 3 twelve-hour shifts per week with rotating weekends & holiday requirements - Floating Policy: Float to comparable areas of high need - Experience: Previous NICU experience required General Requirements: - Certifications: Nursing license, BLS, NRP, STABLE - Dress Code: Navy or ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white scrubs. No long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish of any kind.
