You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor assigned areas, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.80 / Hour Job Schedule Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy concerns. Monitor access to assigned areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or access-control issues. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate site personnel and/or emergency services as directed by established procedures. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly using required reporting tools. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
