This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your expertise will shine and your dedication to transforming lives will truly matter.Join a team where your passion for healthcare and commitment to excellence will make a difference every day!What You'll Do:Deliver direct, personalized patient care in a supportive setting.Perform comprehensive health assessments and create tailored care plans that meet individual patient needs.Administer medications and carry out therapeutic treatments to promote recovery and wellness.Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient health.Educate patients on preventive care and healthy living strategies to empower them in their wellness journey.Keep detailed, accurate patient records to ensure seamless care delivery.What We're Looking For:Graduate of an accredited nursing program.A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Dakota.BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on the role).Strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.Your Experience:At least 2 years of nursing experience in an Outpatient, Ambulatory or primary care setting.Knowledge of electronic health records for efficient patient management.Experience in military healthcare is a plus but not required.Why You'll Love Working Here:Full Time Monday-Friday (40hrs per week)Medical / Dental / Vision / 401k11 Paid Federal HolidaysPTO and Sick timeIf you're excited to bring your expertise to a place where you can grow, make an impact, and be part of something truly special, we want to hear from you!
