You'll be the first person many customers speak with when they need help. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and take action will directly shape their experience with our company.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Gather customer information and book service appointments
• Help address customer questions and concerns
• Make outbound calls to schedule inspections and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with field technicians to schedule calls efficiently
• Develop and manage operational reports
• Communicate updates clearly with customers and team members
• Find creative solutions when unexpected issues arise

• Strong telephone and customer-service skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word, and email
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to details
