Registered Nurse - MICU in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities
- Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care for adult patients in the MICU, including monitoring of ventilated patients and hemodynamic status.
- Administer medications, manage IV therapy, and perform required procedures per physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in EPIC; maintain accurate MAR and charting throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans; participate in rounds and family communication.
- Ensure patient safety and infection control practices, perform frequent assessments, and respond promptly to clinical changes or emergencies.

Requirements
- ICU RN with at least 2 years of current experience
- BSN degree required
- EPIC EMR experience
- Prior travel/contract nursing experience
- Availability for 7:00 PM-7:00 AM night shifts; 3x12-hour shifts per week
- End-of-week (EOW) availability and coverage requirements
- RTO requests must allow coverage of all three shifts in a week
