We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and bilingual home care professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate is dedicated to helping others maintain comfort, dignity, and independence while delivering respectful, attentive, and reliable care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and emotional support in a respectful, patient manner
• Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Support medication reminders and routine daily schedules as directed
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans and agency procedures
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members in Spanish and English

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written communication preferred
• Previous experience as a home health aide, personal care aide, or in a related caregiving role
• Current HHA or PCA certification preferred or as required by local regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills with a caring, professional, and respectful approach
• Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing consistent support
• Ability to perform the physical tasks associated with home care services
