Description The Bilingual and Spanish Interdisciplinary Clinical Training (BASIC-T) Program, part of the UCLA and Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health Public Partnership for Wellbeing, is seeking a full-time Curriculum Developer. BASIC-T is dedicated to expanding the pipeline of culturally and linguistically responsive providers and enhancing training opportunities for behavioral health professionals serving diverse communities. This position will play a key role in developing engaging, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive training materials for psychologists, behavioral health providers, paraprofessionals, and school-based professionals. Key responsibilities: Develop and produce high-quality training materials, including presentations, videos, manuals, protocols, and job aids. Conduct interviews, focus groups, listening sessions, and field observations to inform curriculum design and training needs. Collaborate with subject matter experts, contractors, and stakeholders to create and refine training content. Adapt and customize training materials for diverse audiences and learning environments. Curate and organize existing educational resources to support program goals. Assist with the development and implementation of special projects. Contribute to evaluation efforts by analyzing participant feedback and training data to improve learning outcomes and identify future training needs.
