State Farm agents market primarily State Farm Insurance and Financial Service products. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop marketing systems, lead office team meeting, promote & initiate office quarterly goals, support the Agent's annual revenue and/or production plans. Manage, train, develop our sales and service teams toward office efficiencies to achieve results Create strategic plans by utilizing various reports to keep the team focused on customer satisfaction along with agency yearly metrics being accomplished By accepting this position, you are not guaranteed an agency position with State Farm Insurance Companies. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency ownership opportunity.
