Babysitter Needed

I return to work on October 12th and we will have 3-month-old twin girls. My husband is staying home to care for them, but we would like to find some part time help during the week to assist with feedings and watch them while husband cares for farm. We only speak Spanish at home and would prefer someone fully bilingual. We are flexible on the hours, but ideally looking for help 3 days a week for 4ish hours per day.
