Summary Jenson Home Partners is seeking a motivated and personable Showing Assistant to support clients throughout the home-buying process. Based at our Centennial office, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys real estate, provides exceptional customer service, and can create a welcoming, professional experience for prospective buyers. The Showing Assistant will help clients explore properties and represent Jenson Home Partners with enthusiasm, reliability, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers and renters in a professional, timely manner. Communicate with clients, agents, property owners, and tenants to confirm appointments and provide showing details. Prepare properties for showings by ensuring they are presentable, accessible, and compliant with company standards. Provide accurate information about property features, availability, neighborhood amenities, and showing procedures. Gather client feedback after showings and promptly share insights with the lead agent or sales team. Maintain accurate records of showing schedules, client interactions, property access, and follow-up activities. Represent Jenson Home Partners with professionalism while adhering to safety, confidentiality, and real estate compliance guidelines. Qualifications Active real estate license in the state of Colorado, or the ability to obtain one Strong interest in residential real estate and a commitment to providing exceptional client service Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Professional appearance and demeanor when representing Jenson Home Partners Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel to properties throughout the local market Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client showing schedules Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately Comfortable using smartphones, email, scheduling tools, and real estate technology Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with agents and team members Ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of the Centennial and surrounding Denver metro area real estate market is a plus Previous experience in real estate, customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field is preferred Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards About-our-team At the Jenson Team, we strive to provide our clients with the highest level of service.
