Bethesda, United States | Posted on 02/13/2026 We are seeking an experienced Senior Organizational Consultant to lead executive workshops, strategic discussions, and stakeholder engagement sessions that support organizational alignment and long-term planning initiatives. This role is responsible for designing and facilitating structured engagements that guide leadership teams toward shared vision, clarified priorities, and actionable implementation roadmaps. The ideal candidate combines strong facilitation presence with analytical rigor and executive-level writing skills. This individual must be comfortable working with senior leaders, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and translating qualitative discussions into structured frameworks and practical next steps. Key Responsibilities: Design and facilitate executive and management workshops, alignment sessions, and focus groups. Develop facilitation plans, agendas, discussion frameworks, and engagement materials. Guide leadership teams through vision-setting, strategic prioritization, and roadmap development. Capture themes, decisions, and action items in real time and synthesize them into executive-ready deliverables. Translate complex discussions into structured summaries, strategic frameworks, and phased implementation plans. Support cross-functional stakeholder engagement efforts to validate priorities and identify organizational enablers and risks. Produce polished reports and presentations suitable for executive audiences. Maintain project artifacts such as decision logs, action trackers, and risk summaries to support follow-through. Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years of experience facilitating strategic planning or organizational alignment sessions. Demonstrated experience leading executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagement efforts. Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce concise, decision-ready materials.
