Training Coordinator

GeBBS Consulting is a healthcare technology professional services and consulting firm based in Towson, Maryland servicing clients throughout the US. We are celebrating our 28th year in business. We have two divisions: 1) Hospital / Provider Practice 2) Managed Care / Payer Practice – we work directly with health plans (very strong in the Blue Cross Blue Shield space). GeBBS Consulting has over two decades of experience supporting healthcare clients throughout the US.

Summary: We are looking for a Training Coordinator to support the enterprise professional learning and development program and external training requests from intake through completion. This position will coordinate training requests, ensure compliance with policies and approval requirements, support vendor procurement and financial processes, and administer learning systems.

The Training Coordinator will serve as the operational owner for training data, reporting, and analytics, while supporting logistics for enterprise learning initiatives and maintaining accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Location : Hybrid, 1–2 times per month onsite in Reston, VA or Washington, DC. Candidates must reside in the DC, MD, VA or West Virginia areas.

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of experience as a Training Coordinator or Training Support professional
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUPs

Nice to have:

• Experience with any Learning Management System (LMS)
• Experience with any ticketing system
• Experience with reporting or data visualization dashboards
• Experience with PeopleSoft ELM
• Experience supporting vendor-led training, certifications, conferences, or software procurement
