Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support clients and manage service-related requests in a remote environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others staying organized and guiding clients through a structured process from start to finish.
In this position you will assist clients with coordinating vacation experiences including family-focused travel planning and related arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with vacation planning including family-friendly options and accommodations
- Coordinate travel-related services scheduling and updates
- Provide clear communication and next steps throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and organized client records
- Track progress of requests to ensure timely completion
- Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Comfortable using online tools and systems
- Customer service or administrative experience preferred
- Interest in travel and working with families is a plus
