Data Engineer with Microsoft Fabric
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the migration of an Azure-Synapse enterprise data warehouse, the full-time remote Data Engineer with Microsoft Fabric will design, build, and maintain scalable Lakehouse solutions while ensuring data quality and integration across the organization. Key responsibilities Design and maintain scalable Lakehouse and data warehouse solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for seamless data integration from diverse sources Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Lakehouse/warehouse solutions Required qualifications 2-5 years of hands-on experience in data warehouse/data engineering roles Practical experience with Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure Databricks Strong SQL skills along with Python and/or scripting for automation Proven experience in building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines and data models Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams
