Speech And Language Pathologist

Ledyard Public Schools is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist for the Extended School Year program. The extended school year program is provided for students with disabilities when recommended through the PPT process. The Extended School Year program will run July 6 to July 31, Monday - Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Staff will be expected to be on-site 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM to assist with arrival and dismissal.

Qualifications:

• Appropriate CT certification
• Special Service Endorsement 061, Speech and Language Pathologist
• Ability to positively engage students in the therapy process to support their speech and language needs
• Ability to collect and use data to measure progress and make instructional decisions
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teachers, related service providers, parents/guardians, paraprofessionals, and other stakeholders

Salary: Per the Ledyard Education Association agreement
