We’re looking for a full‑time Case Manager who’s ready to make a difference. A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and at least two years of experience in child placement are required. What You’ll Be Doing Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication. Connect families to community resources. Develop personalized plans to support children’s growth. Advocate for improvements in family environments. Work with a passionate team that’s all about making a real impact.
