JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age or older. General job duties for all store team members include having a valid driver's license with a safe driving record, access to an insured vehicle, navigational skills, ability to operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, and possess communication skills. Essential functions include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, make correct monetary change, verbal and written communication skills, motor coordination, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden changes in temperature, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk-in cooler, hot surfaces/tools, and sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

SENSING

Talking and hearing on telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, depth perception, ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

TEMPERAMENTS

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, make judgments and decisions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area, navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Carrying pizzas and beverages during delivery, driving within a designated delivery area, walking between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location, climbing navigation of five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

WORK CONDITIONS

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing. Far vision and night vision for driving.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Standing, walking, sitting, lifting bulk product deliveries, carrying large cans and pizza sauce, pushing trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks, and using machines, tools, equipment, and work aids.

DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES

Deliver product by car to the door of the customer, deliver flyers and door hangers.

REQUIRES

Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards, access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
