Social Media Marketing Specialist

About : A well established, luxury commercial real estate firm is looking to add a creative Social Media Marketing & Content Coordinator to join their marketing team. This is a great opportunity for an emerging marketing professional who loves social media, content creation, and design and is eager to grow their career within a collaborative team.

This person will help manage the company’s corporate and property-level social media accounts , develop engaging content, and support a variety of creative, digital, and communications initiatives. The ideal candidate is creative, tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable leveraging AI and emerging tools to work efficiently and bring new ideas to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage and create content for multiple social media accounts, including corporate and property-level channels
• Develop engaging social content, graphics, short-form video, and other digital assets
• Assist with content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and overall social media strategy
• Create and edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut
• Support graphic design needs across marketing and communications initiatives
• Help maintain brand consistency across social and digital channels
• Assist with PR, communications, website updates, and basic web content
• Leverage AI and emerging technology to streamline content creation and identify new creative opportunities
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing and other internal stakeholders

What we're looking for:

A creative and motivated marketing professional with experience in social media management, content creation, graphic design, and video editing .

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, communications, or content marketing.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience managing corporate social media platforms and developing digital campaigns.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media management platforms.
• Experience with video editing, photography, and email marketing platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
